Havoc in Hell's Hot Springs

My entry into Bullet Hell Artistry #9

Reimu has come down to Former Hell to enjoy the Onsen Town, but it looks like someone else is taking a vacation, too.

A brief boss fight against Utsuho Reiuji with a (slightly) nonconventional shottype system.

I'm not going to pretend this has the level of polish and completeness I'd like it to have, but it's what I've got done in the time available.
